Spare them from the evils of our day.

The times we live in are evil, moral decadence is on persistent increase. Infact it has become a norm. What a child grows up to become depends on the training and guidance she has received and the depth of the values inculcated in her. Has she or has he been brought to Christ. These days it is not new to hear of children doing very funny things like getting pregnant ,raped or killed. It is times like this that we need to get back to our source and teach these children the basics. Dear Parent look at the children God has given you,are they doing well academically? Thank God,what of their spiritual lives? The best time to start is when they are young and impressionable, fill their mind with God's word. It is absolutely necessary to check their school work as well as their spiritual lives. Pray for wisdom to wisdom to answer their inquisitive questions before they search for these answers in the media. Never be overprotective of your children to the extent of restricting them from no

Kick out Rejection.

Its one of those days, when the glass is half empty. It seems everyone is getting married.getting new jobs ,having new things and events in their lives except you. Its beginning to sound like a conspiracy, nothing is in your favour and you are feeling frustrated and rejected. My sister, here is help for you. You do not have to go out looking for attention when you have God. There is no one that has not had one thing to think of.We have all had a share of ups and downs. Though we all crave human attention and a shoulder to cry on,we can not depend on other people. It is only God the can complement you the way no one can.You have God's 100% undivided attention. Rejection can be deadly,it robs you of your joy and can lead you to suicide. To disarm Rejection focus on positive things, build a steady relationship with God and of course focus on giving.

Red turns heads.

Ruby, crimson, scarlet, tomato fire, blood, wine, chilli or berry-they are all red. It is the colour of sex,the colour of passion.Drape yourself in luxurious satins, shimmer in sparkly sequins, whisper in delicate silks, float away in fine chiffon. However you wear it,red is the colour that will get you noticed. Here's how to wear it with confidence. 1.You should not wear top to toe red. 2.Look for a shade that best complements your skin tone. 3.If you are not brave to wear solid red,go for patterns and florals or just wear it on your nails. 4.Mix your look with earth tones, indian spice colours, chunky bronze or wooden jewellery. 5.If you are not quite Chris de Burgh's Lady in Red yet, slowly introduce this confident colour to your wardrope by wearing a red belt, shoes or handbag. 6.A pair of slinky fire engine stilettos paired with a neutral outfit will do the trick. Whether you are celebrating or not, wearing red can make you feel alive and ambitious.

Will the real Nigerian show please stand up.

There are lots of reality shows on the television-one cannot help but wonder at how these celebrities live without the cameras following them. For some time now,Nigerians have gone the same route, but is this what we also want to watch on television?. First was Omo sexy, personally,I commend her efforts but the show is one sided. She is not really exposing her life on camera. No family,no drama ,nothing. Now,Jim Iyke has his own coming up-Jim said so. I remember a time that  I really loved  watching  any  Jim Iyke movie. Now with this new reality show,I really wonder what he has to offer.  Now we know we can finally do a reality show, will the real Nigerian show please stand up,with real issues. Should  we continue with Omo sexy and her idea of a reality show.
